Order terms

This page will carry the Gyros Craft terms of sale. Until the owner supplies them, this is how the ordering process behaves today.

This is a placeholder, and it says so on purpose. Needed from the owner: the refund and cancellation policy, complaint handling, the legal entity, and the consumer notices required in Spain (hoja de reclamaciones).

Prices

Every price on this site is recalculated on our server from the published menu before anything is charged. The amount charged is the amount on the menu.

Tax

All prices include VAT.

Confirmation

An order exists once the confirmation screen shows an order number. Before that, nothing has been sent to the kitchen.

Collection

Orders are prepared for collection at Plaza de la Solidaridad 9, Málaga. There is no delivery from this address.

Changes and cancellations

Call the shop as soon as you can — the food is made to order and starts as soon as the order is confirmed.
