Every format below is built from meat carved to order. Pick the meat, pick the sauce, take it away or eat it on the plaza.
The crowned one
Meat carved straight off the vertical spit into warm pita, with salad and a house sauce. This is the one the board puts a crown over.
Gratinado
All of it in a generous bowl — meat, fries and house sauces, baked until the top goes golden. Chicken, beef, mixed or gratinado.
Open pita
A full round of pita opened flat and loaded — meat, fries, fresh vegetables and sauce right across it.
Folded and pressed
Folded, pressed on the grill until the outside crisps, cut in half so you can see everything inside.
No bread
The plate version: carved meat, fries, salad and sauce, no bread in the way.
Vegetarian
Falafel in place of the meat, with the same salad and the same house sauces. The vegetarian line on the board.
